When to submit resignation?
I have received offer letter from the new org. Should I submit my resignation right away or wait for them to complete background verification and submit resignation only after bgv is success?
Asking this as I'm seeing lot of bgv fail posts in the recent days in grapevine.

Yes. But keep in mind the notice period that you give will be served from the day you put it down. So make a calculative decision and you can put down the papers early if you are confident enough to pass it clean.
