When should I say, I'm nothing them

I have offer from 3 orgs

  1. Deloitte
  2. Thoughtworks
  3. TCS

Decided to join Deloitte on March 05, which is the DoJ of other two as well.

I wanted to know when is the right time to inform tcs and thoughtworks that I'm not joining their orgs, and what's the best reason to give?

I wanted to have a backup offer if in worst case deloittes offer messes up, but I afaik Deloitte has no history of revoking offer in last minute.

If have the offer letter on hand then you can inform the other companies like 1 or 1.5 week ahead. You can give them the same reason saying you git a better offer with better package. Sometimes companies negotitate and try to match the package on the other offer that you hold.
