All good things come to end. The focus is on making UPI not free. Expect more of this in future. Everyone is scrambling to have the technical changes in place to ensure they can start getting their cut on UPI transactions above a certain threshold.

No need to worry if the amount is not credited within 48 hours you will get your amount back with 10% or more interest as well. It's a RBI mandate.

If it's not a big amount forget it.
Always carry cash.
If it's a big amount, get ready for the grind.
In Hindsight:
I have noticed that Customer Service from NCPI is better if you have used BHIM app for transactions. (I could be wrong, as I have only used BHIM and TataNeu only, for upi transactions), fortunately both their CS is strong.

I was transferring to my own account, Also 60k 😪
