There are so many BS question I have seen... one HR in a introductory phone call asked me difference between private job and govt job, and 2 or 3 what's the difference question of irrelevant things.

I just told this won't work for me and cut the call. initially thought they were trolling me after telling my ECTC, they even called again lol...

Why did you pursue MBA?.. ain't that dumb.. because I wanted to.. where do you see yourself in 5 years in company.. I told a senior consultant.. he told me to think bigger why not some position like CEO... I was like what?? That company has 3,00,000 plus employees.. even if I make a new product and it became biggest they won't offer me CEO.. may be VP something but will set me in path of CEO in future.. that's it..
