What would you do in such a case?

One of my cousin, she is an MBA (Tier 2-3) working at 20k a month, which she got as PPO after off campus internship.

I tried to reason with her why are you killing your chances of earlier better, considering Indian companies provide hikes on existing ctc She will take years and multiple switches to match up to market

But she reasons, the college didn't give placements, she had to sit home for 8 months before getting this internship. She would do anything to keep moving in the least

What would you do in this case? Or what would you suggest to her?
