What would you do if you were me?
Hey everyone, I’m 23F working at a big 4 in India. My domain would be procurement - contract life cycle management specifically. I have roughly 2.5 years of experience and I’m looking for a career advancement. I’ve done a BCom degree and now thinking of pursuing a Masters in Management abroad (2 years course in Germany) to help my career move forward. Before you ask I’ve tried looking for jobs and opportunities under this domain itself but they either require a lot of experience or pay nearly 30% less than my current salary. I really want to change my job and domain because I don’t like it and I feel like I’m stuck. I would love to explore the consultancy world under different industries to gain perspective and find out what I enjoy doing. Please advice would an MiM course help me get there or would you recommend something else. Thank you!

Do it. Just make sure the course you are choosing actually has value in the country you are pursuing.
Also, start job hunting 6 months after the course starts. Because the first 6 months would go into you adjusting to a whole new side of the world, the culture, the laws of that land etc.
And also, plan to work there for at least 3 years before you come back to India.
