What type of software should I develop with minimum investment?
I'm looking for opinions from other business analysts, freelancers, team leads, project managers & business owners. I have a team of skilled MEAN, MERN stack, .NET, Angular developers, as well as a skilled designer. All are 3+ to 5+ years of experience. We want to start a side hustle that we can work on & provide support for while we work our jobs. I'm a QA + Business Analyst, but I seek other professional people's opinions as well. Please tell me what should we build with the least investment & a good chance of profit earning? It's a humble request to my fellow IT professionals to share their opinions & suggestions.

Make a SASS product instead, don't try to make a brand company if you are doing it as a side hustle. Write down the top 10 sass idea you can think of and select the one you like most

That's a good idea, just to give you more insight, we are looking forward to making something & leave it in the market without requiring too much of our attention all the time. We will work on it, not gonna abandon it or not gonna come back to it in months, but we also wanna avoid way too much efforts & resources to be allocated to this.
