What to SUE Cognizant.

I saw someone mention that they wanted to complain against their manager, and I feel the same way.

I was supposed to be promoted 2.7 years ago, but back then they said my performance wasn’t good enough. I took the feedback seriously, improved, and eventually got a rating of 4.

Now, they’re saying I didn’t comply with WFO (Work From Office), but the issue is—I’ve been using VDI to connect, and it doesn’t work on the Cognizant network. They never provided an ODC or any internal network access. When I raised this, their response was simply, “Turn on your hotspot and work.”

This issue has been ongoing since the start of the project.

The worst part? My manager never replies to messages—about this or anything else. But when he wants something, he calls directly.

I’ve been under a lot of stress—financial and emotional—to the point where I started experiencing panic attacks. I’ve since been diagnosed with depression, OCD, and ADHD.

When I asked for a release from the project, even that was denied.

And to make things worse, people who did get released from the project were promoted immediately after.

At this point, I’ve collected screenshots that show how little they care—but what can we do?

All we can do is warn anyone thinking of joining Cognizant: Don’t.

Exactly...you can only warn/make people aware about cognizant and its policies. What cognizant did with me was beyond my imagination

I can only imagine how many people there are who got exploited like this.
