What to do after 13yrs of IT Experience
I am really feeling bad and stuck, I am not getting what to do next after 14 yrs of IT Experienced. Facing difficulties and not getting good opportunities to up skill and not being able to manage work and family. I don't have soft skills to move to management or client face role, solution architecture. I am feeling my career going to end. Kindly suggest me.
