What should I ask as CTC as a Data Scientist @ Visa?

My current CTC is 28LPA at 6.5 years of experience. I'm not sure what level they'll put me in. What should be my ask?

In the current market conditions, any sane person would not expect even 50% hike forget about 100%, even if u get 20% u r damn lucky. I see many viners are just post crap advice without considering market conditions. Many haven't moved on from the numbers they have seen in 2020-22.
