Make use of PPP(purchasing power parity) calculators online. From what I can see, 40lpa in Pune is equivalent to 3.4lpa aed, which is around 28k monthly. Based on this, the Harman offer is better. But, I'm not sure what all factors influence PPP, and by how much. Being a noob, I blindly follow this for these conversions. You might want to do a bit more research as to how ppp is actually calculated, and if those factors do actually affect you.

It is still in progress. Like tech rounds are good but still they need around a week to get approval.
They gave me a call for opening.
