What’s an underrated career in India that offers great pay and work-life balance?

In India, careers like engineering, medicine, and civil services often dominate discussions about 'successful' professions. But there are plenty of lesser-known fields that not only pay surprisingly well but also provide a fulfilling work-life balance and job satisfaction.
