Trusting my parents again and again. I've tried plenty of ways to build a bond with them with minimal conflict but it always goes south. Evryone out here who says their parents are everything, consider yourself lucky (you are obviously part of the 99% of the crowd) cuz the 1% like me have tried every way possible including therapy but it doesn't work and it forces me to change my behaviour towards them and be very emotionally unattached to still have them in my life.

I'll write my answer as well:

I consumed milk and wheat for a very long time - realised through a test that I was allergic later. It apparently was slowly killing my digestive system and immunity. Realised too late at 26

So what do you suggest !! Not invest in upskilling like paid courses for product management.

In this day of internet and free resources, 65k for a course is insane. Thanks for sharing

Not taking care of my health and looks. Lost 4 years of my prime youth, looking mid and in very less confidence. You almost always meet better people if you look better.

Interesting narrative! Describe more maybe and shed some insights?

I started becoming fat when I reached class 11th and by the end of JEE prep, I was very fat. And due to it I was always underconfident, not just with girls or in dating terms but in general places also. In the beginning of this year, I started working on my health and my looks, and even to my shock the amount of attention I have started getting after that. I am always feeling confident and is not hesitant in talking to new people and hence have got new opportunities and experiences.
