What is the future of Android Development?

I'm an Android developer with 3yrs of experience and I'm thinking about the long run. How many years until my job gets stagnant and what's the scope of my salary growth? How much can I expect to earn in the coming years?

I'm also considering if I should switch my tech stack, which at the moment I'm sort of open to do.

I had 6 years of experience as Android Dev. I didn't see much scope/growth for myself and switched to Backend. FAANG is your best bet to switch as they won't judge you based on your prior tech stack much. You can leverage your Java Skills to clear the interviews. All the best!

Need career advice as a senior Android developer

Don't get me wrong I love android app development (6 years) but off late I've seem to hit a brick wall and the pay isn't great as well. Only thing keeping me sane is for my love for Kotlin.
