What is one product framework you wish more people knew about?

For me it would be Octalysis. I feel it's really useful if you're building in B2C / Consumer space.

ps: pls mention framework you truly like, and not something that you learnt for interview.

No, lmao I work for a product company, but I don't like to indulge in wishful frameworks that I can speak to sound intelligent and get paid consulting fees.

yes! many of my flows that i've designed contains a lot of things from the framework.

play is especially around unpredictability and social influence.

Assuming you mean for Zomato, isn't predictability more important in food delivery? And what's the social angle here? It's a good framework if it's not forced for the sake of it.

Always ask these 3 questions - what problem are we solving, who are we solving it for, why should we solve it and when should we solve it. The first one is most critical

None, first principles all the way

If you have empathy towards users and an understanding of your company's resources and competencies, no framework is needed.
