What does it take to get a software engineer role at startups like cursor, codium etc

Please help, I'm working as a software engineer but not enjoying it as everything is very slow. I want to work in high growth tech startups, can you tell me what it takes to get there?

Do I need DSA and projects? Do I need to do or learn something else?

bruh, forget DSA. Just build dope projects, show 'em off, and network like crazy. Startups want hustlers, not textbook nerds. Get on LinkedIn, slide into DMs, and make connections. 💯 DSA is overrated, real talk.
