What do you do to stabilize amidst mood swing!

Millennial and Gen Z face mood swings due to multiple reasons.

Generally I do below stuffs...

  1. Listen to music or watch fav movies ๐Ÿฟ
  2. Read a book ๐Ÿ“–
  3. Swimming or Gym or a sprint run.
  4. Biking at 20kmph and 80kmph also, both have separate zones.
  5. Talk to parents or close friends.
  6. Sleep
  7. Sunsets or birdwatching

Attaching a snap of sunset from my today's bike trip, covered 130km in 2h. It feels so rejuvenating.

Watching reels/shorts is the last option.

What's your method for refreshment?
