- Magnesium chelate tablet -1 at night

Correct me if I'm wrong: if you take vitamins and minerals in the form of tablets, how does your metabolism produce them instead of just absorbing them?

Our body never produces these multivitamins and minerals by itself. It absorbs these through the food we eat. Supplements only help us in meeting our daily requirements if we are unable to get it from our regular meals. If your meal contains an adequate amount of protein, healthy fats and has a variety of veggies and fruits you don't really need to take these supplements. Except for vitamin D, B complex(If you are vegetarian) and Omega-3,6,9. Also, get yourself tested for these before taking the supplements.

One tablet for each every day, should I research for any specific brand?

How are you guys taking so many tablets? I mean are these prescribed to you? Did you guys run some tests? What was the process?

I did a full body test and found the deficiency, my doctor prescribed them. Pls note never take any medicine/ supplements without prescription.
