What are the various skill sets you’re looking In an implementation Specialist

Hey , I’m a consultant at Arcesium at looking to move out of Arcesium as an implementation specialist or a project manager kind of a role . I do not come with a tech background - can you guys suggest me some skills that I should be working on , if I wish to move in these kind of roles ?
