What are the product management salaries?

When I was interning as a PM Intern, I was making ₹25K/month. Later full time APM salary was ₹6LPA. Many of my friends got into product drawing between ₹4LPA to ₹8LPA. Is it the case across other non-unicorn companies? Does being from the premier institute affect getting a higher paycheck?
