Having working in start ups from past 5-6 years, I would advise against it. Most of the start ups right now, in india, are not making money and have no visibility into making money. Below are a few other reasons:
As an outsider, you may feel there is lot to learn but I would recommend you to not fall into the 'grass is greener on the side' syndrome.
