Virtusa/TechM/ValueLabs?

I have an offer for 14LPA(12.6 fixed) + 1Lretention bonus from Virtusa. An offer for 18LPA from Tech Mahindra is in pipeline, will be rolled if budget is approved. Client round is pending for ValueLabs. Which company should I prefer? Should I negotiate with Virtusa to match the offer from TechM? Or, should I clear ValueLabs and get into it with similar package?

PS: My TYOE is 4Y10M and LWD is 08th Aug, Tech: Generative AI/AIML
