Virtusa Sitecore UI – Group Discussion Round Query

I recently attended an interview with Virtusa for a Sitecore UI role and cleared that round. They have now scheduled a Group Discussion round. Can anyone share what to expect in this round? How is it conducted for experienced technical candidates — is it a technical discussion or more of a communication-based group discussion? Would appreciate insights from anyone who has recently gone through this round.
