Do you approve of the product team and the culture at Velocity? They are into RBF Funding for D2C startups.

From what I learned from ex- PMs, the experience was horrific. They strongly recommended to not join and said that they have a culture of hiring and firing. Also really talented and celebrated PMs have been put on PIP to create pressure.
