Variable pay in Tech Mahindra

I just got an offer from TechM. It has 10%variable pay. HR said you will get a minimum of 80% of it.

Can someone confirm if this is True?

If you are in billable project you will get 100% of your variable pay

I iust received an offer from Deloitte India, and Variable/Bonus % is not mentioned anywhere at all! When I asked HR she says it's 20% but completely depends on Personal,Company and Project performance. I understand that, but shouldn't i...
