Urgent: Clarification Needed on ₹46,800 IDC Deduction – July 2025 Wipro Payslip
I’ve noticed a significant deduction of ₹46,800 labeled as “IDC” in my July 2025 payslip, for which no breakdown or explanation is available in the payslip or portal.
I have not opted for any salary advances, loans, or special deductions that would account for such an amount. I already raised an SN on the issue.
Still can anyone please confirm.

I noticed a ₹62,400 deduction in my salary this month, which was initially unclear. After checking with the GPO team, I was informed that this amount was deducted as TDS, because I did not submit the required home loan documents on time (like interest certificate or principal proof).
If you have also claimed home loan benefits and haven’t submitted the proper documentation, similar TDS deductions might have happened in your case too.

Yeah, they deducted the amount.So now question is are they going to deduct anything pending in Aug month as well? And did they mention anything about revised form 16? @PastelGokart86
