Urban company - General Manager role review

Profile- 29M, 6 YOE, non- MBA Work experience- Strategy Manager and Program Manager across 2 diff orgs.

Query: Has anyone worked at UC as GM/AVP or even in Sr Category manager role? How's the work culture in terms of working days and hours? My prev stint has been in strategy and PMO, can I expect similar quality of work or will it be diluted since it's very ops heavy? (Something the hiring manager is also calling out)

Will it be a good idea to join there?
