Nobody cares bout cheating / unethical practices.. ppl are celebrated for their success (and good pr does the rest)

So why is Nikhil being criticised here?
His company following shady tactic which might be a standard industry practice? Or cause his extensive PR portraying him as a trustworthy founder otherwise?
