Unemployed since 2021 with no savings, and I am nearing 50. How do I pivot my life from here?

I'm feeling lost and uncertain about my future. I made the tough decision to leave my job during the COVID-19 pandemic due to post Covid complications, but now I'm facing a daunting reality: I'm 48, unemployed, and still an undergraduate. I'm struggling to find my next step and I desperately need guidance. Can anyone offer some advice or support to help me get back on track?

I think you should be having pretty good experience. You can try or you start coaching for the tech stack you have. You can give guest lectures in colleges to reach out freshers.

Hello sir, what sort of roles are you looking for? Where all have you tried for jobs etc yet? Do you still work in tech or shifted in a managerial role? How are you currently managing your monthly expenses etc? This is an anonymous platform so I'll suggest you please let your heart out.

I used to work in a call center handling US healthcare processes. But during the COVID-19 pandemic, my health issues flared up. I have a rare skin condition called psoriasis that I've been living with since late 90s.

I had to quit my job to focus on getting better. It took me more than two years to recover. Now, I'm ready to work again. But I'm finding it tough to get hired because of my age.

Can you help?
