I disagree here tbh Twitter is a personal place where you can share your views and opinions. The tutor used unacademy platform to share his views which is ethically wrong hence the action.

The tutor didn't take a political stance, he said don't vote for parties that only knows how to change laws , tried doing damage control after that by saying those who change names of laws because you will have to make new notes again. This is not a political stance. This an illiterate stance. It would be better and acceptable if he criticized the laws by making valid arguments
