Unable to land a offer due to 90 Days Notice
I am working at TCS for the last 4 years. For the last 1 year I tried to switch but due to the 90 days notice period, I am not getting shortlisted in most places . Not even after stating that the notice can be negotiated to 60-90 days.
I got few calls recently, even cleared one interview. But at last the HR said that they are not willing to wait for 60 - 90 days.
Frankly speaking I am getting frustrated now.I got few suggestions that I should put down my paper but given the condition at TCS about layoffs, there is a fear that if I couldn’t land a offer and then take back my resignation, they may not accept.
Please suggest me how can I get out of this "Charaviyuh".

Noob pov from my side, If you have already cleared couple of interviews, then it wouldn't be that hard to find and crack other interview too.
Save some amount to survive at least 6 months without job, then you can resign and no need to worry of notice period
Is this time of the year good or shall I wait till Jan-Feb?
