Probably it depends on Team. I haven’t visited office yet. Work culture is excellent, Job security shouldn’t be much issue because the company is in AI space, expanding rapidly, hiring lot of FAANG employees, EPS just entered into positive zone. Pay, Hike, Perks - decent.

What is the average salary for 10 years experience ? And if work from the office is mandatory?

Sorry, I’m not sure about pay. You could check in levels fyi or leetcode compensation blog. Mode is Hybrid, also WFH possible with manager approval.
