Uber Shuttle in Bengaluru

A city which has been first in embracing experimental businesses is always struggling with traffic daily. Why is Uber Bus not getting launched in Bengaluru? There was some news in the past with the CEO's visit here to launch it etc. is it the taxi union lobby which is not letting it start or something else ?
