UBER app poor testing

What are the Testers/QA team doing? Aren’t they testing the app properly? I tried to cancel multiple times by clicking on the 'Cancel' button, but it wasn’t working — even with a stable internet connection.

As tester they were strictly instructed cancel button should be visible but shouldn't work while cancelling a ride...😂😂😂
