Two job offers currently
I have two job offers currently with 13.5lpa and 15lpa for 5yrs of experience. 13.5lpa is from TCS and 15lpa is from Wipro and also waiting for another offer from Toyota where they told 13.5lpa fixed they can provide.
Also I still have one more month of notice period.
Which one should I prefer??
Also can I negotiate with salary offer of other with Tcs??

Having worked in both TCS and Wipro, I would suggest you to not consider Wipro.
Once you join in these moving forward you will be offered less hikes. Try to negotiate as much as you can and go for the highest one. And keep trying for a better ctc than that.
If you are 5 years experienced professional then probably you have more financial commitments.
Get more package from TCS or wipro bcz you will be stuck in same package for 3 years. Increase the package and match that in toyota
