Trying to Stay Hopeful in the Middle of a Tough Job Search Journey

After spending 3.5 years with my first company, I’ve finally decided to make a move but honestly, it’s been far more difficult than I imagined.

I updated my resume, actively apply on LinkedIn and Naukri every day, but I haven’t received a single interview call yet. It’s disheartening and frustrating.

The biggest challenge? My experience is mainly in manual testing, and most companies now seek automation testers. I understand the industry’s shift, and I’m not afraid of learning but the opportunities just don’t seem to come my way.

I’m trying my best to stay positive, but I won’t lie there are days when I feel completely lost and hopeless.

If you’ve been in a similar situation, or if you’re in a position to help, I’d truly appreciate any guidance, referrals, or even just words of encouragement.

I know I have potential i just need that one chance to prove myself.
