It really depends , one of my close relatives who was working as a manager in Tredence in AppDev resigned due to office politics, too much work and short term projects . App dev is worst team in Tredence, for the sake of getting the project they are doing even 1 or 2 months projects , the moment you stablise it your project gets over and cycle continues. Director of AppDev team is worst in terms of knowledge and politics, he used to promote bootlickers. Componsation wise Tredence pays much better than Wipro but you will lose your peace of mind if you have offers for AppDev team, but Yes their Data Science team is really good with some very good projects.
