Tredence company review?

I'll be joining Tredence as a Data Science Associate and got it on campus from a tier 3 college. CTC 12LPA. What should I expect?

I did not have a great experience during the interview when i was joining at 8-9 years experience. (THIS was around 2015-16) Felt they were full of hubris. One of the few companies where i hated the entire interview panel. I hope they are better now.
