There is nothing called toxic manager. Unless he/she indulges in sexual harassment. Everybody works under pressure. Each one has his/her own targets to meet. Snowflakes need to understand the merely calling names doesnt make him a toxic manager. You can call him stupid or rude or indecent. But not toxic.
