Toxic behaviour at Arcesium

As a fellow Arcesian let me answer it.

This happens

• if there is no clear expectation setting between employee & manager.
• manager thinks employee isn’t productive.
• communication is the key, usually managers micromanages if they are not update on what you are working on/blocked on etc..

During 1-on-1s or monthly/quarterly checkins, ask your manager on things he/she thinks you should improve on, you may understand why he/she micro manages you..

Micromanagement can be frustrating. Try having an open chat with your manager, sometimes they don't realize they're doing it.
