Took the Risk. Let’s See Where It Leads.

Completed 1 year at my current organisation. Learned a lot, grew a lot.

But here’s the thing — the 3-month notice period was killing my chances to even schedule interviews. Companies liked my profile but didn’t want to wait.

So I took the plunge. Resigned. No offer in hand yet. Risky? Yeah. Necessary? For me, yes.

Now focusing fully on interviews, upskilling, and trusting the process.

Let’s see where this road leads.

Why don’t you lie about your notice period? I used to tell them 30 days.

If you have confidence then definitely you will render right place. See now IT industries situation will not improve much. Market will be as it is due to AI now.

Because 3 developer work will be handled by the single only.

U will not get more call from company in one year exp. At least u should have earned 2 years exp. In one year u treat as fresher

However, best of luck

This thinking is very old I believe. If you have talent, you will be secure an interview easily. Companies nowadays don't look at the experience bracket that much. It is true for startups and big MNCs as well

If the quality is good sometimes you can learn more in 1 year vs 10 years doing rubbish. Project manager Nd scrum master note was personal :)
