Took the Risk. Let’s See Where It Leads.
Completed 1 year at my current organisation. Learned a lot, grew a lot.
But here’s the thing — the 3-month notice period was killing my chances to even schedule interviews. Companies liked my profile but didn’t want to wait.
So I took the plunge. Resigned. No offer in hand yet. Risky? Yeah. Necessary? For me, yes.
Now focusing fully on interviews, upskilling, and trusting the process.
Let’s see where this road leads.
