Feeling a little gloomy, especially the weather is really gray today. Usually I just order some food and watch a show online. But, feeling a little more adventurous today.

Visit a temple , go to the gym, dance on your fav songs, cry out if you want , scream on the top of your voice if needed, cook a dish

Go have a walk, If it's possible for you, strike up a conversation with senior age people in park, in general uncles are good until politics involved. If not play some online multiplayer game with friends or just talk over call.
