It's all a money making strategy. The small organization trying to make their name in AI world will be doomed as they won't be having such resources, time and money to go through all these govt regulation process.
Just to be the big fish in the pond, these kinds of absurd views are being suggested.
If he really had such views, then why he didn't think of this before developing ChatGPT ?
