It's the worst place to work in. People are treated like shit, the company, the HR & everything is run by that narcissistic founder of theirs who thinks he is god-like.

Verak had good peeps and culture fcked by "sbc minded" at insurance dekho, few of the talent verak folks have already left. Once the threshold reaches the verak founders would also leave.
There's nothing positive to write about insurancedekho.

I would say WC is sort of bad - leadership micromanages, and some really insecure and bad managers are there; everybody is looking for an exit option only.
Quality people are also significantly less; One of the Verak folks has also left.
