Thomson Reuters- 6 months Contract

Hi everyone,

I need urgent help. I have joined Capgemini a month ago, and I haven’t received any project yet. Yesterday I got an email saying that I have to find the project with in 15 days or else they will take necessary actions. I’m reaching out all the resources to find a project but it’s not working. I’m having 11 LPA.

On the other hand, I have got an offer from Thomson Reuters. It’s a 6 month contract and they are willing to give 21 LPA.

What should I do? Stay in Capgemini and find a project(not sure if I get any) or accept thomson reuters offer.

One concern is that, if I accept 6 months contract what will happen after 6 months. Is it easy to find a job?

Capgemini is the worst company, anyone can join I would say. Anyway it might be all about luck but I have also switched to CG recently and didn't get any project. Better to Move forward with another company
