Thomson Reuters, Bangalore
Anyone here from Thomson Reuters. How is the work culture at the Bangalore location?

How is the company? Is this product based or service based? How is the culture? Is it better than Accenture??
Need some guidance here from the experts here..

Its a tier 1 product based company. Not good at all. I have been working here since 1.5 months and already thinking of leaving.

Why whats the issue?

Not getting good technical exposure and there is no work life balance. Manager wants us to work 12hrs a day. But do not want to log it anywhere. No good work. Forget about product based standard employee benefit program. I have been struggling in commute.
And recently the upper management has been pressurising managers and auditing every hour of work. Asking for justification.

Thomson Reuters is service based company, the culture is really good

Is Accenture a good company to work for Risk and compliance analyst role? Is the team good ? What about work pressure? Have been a victim of toxicity in my previous organisation, just want to know before I join here.
