There is a program in IIIT Hyderabad where it focuses on building career in IT sector irrespective of Stream in bachelor's degree it's 2 years course should I take this course or try for some jobs ?

What are the options for someone who wants to go back to college in India and does not want to do MBA? I have Btech degree from Tier 1 college. Mtech from India is not worth it. I don't want to go abroad for studying.

I am averse to MBA...

My nephew has both these options (and IITD/B Mech,etc) to choose from . From the perspective of career growth, which one is better. Consider all factors like prospects in CS, institute brand, etc that help in building a career.
