The Battle Between Deep Work and Multitasking

Lately, I’ve been thinking again about what is more effective while working – doing deep work or in parallel, which, in the case of HeyCoach, is characterized by a rapidly changing pace. It seems to me that multitasking only creates a series of frustrations, while completing the task step by step takes what may seem too long. Spamming or prioritizing your work – how do you cater your processes?
