I am a senior software developer in ABB india. I have been selected for performance improvement plan because of my slow deliverables for the project commitments. I have given a plan of action for a duration of one month. Based on my performance during that time decision will be taken for my termination. I want to know what happens in this case? Will I get terminated instantly if I fail in PIP?
