Teleperformance (TP) HYD REVIEW NEEDED

Hey guys I've got an offer from this company so can anybody help me understand it As they said phones aren't allowed in it and it is very strict. I also want to know if they have strict background check because I've left an toxic startup which may create issues in it so please give me suggestions. I'm getting very anxious thinking of this change
